Jumbee was formed in 2007 to fill a large gap in the market for hospital capacity and patient flow solutions. While various consultants specialize in Lean, Simulation, Six Sigma, or other tools and methods, no one had brought yet brought together a strategic "tool belt" of tools, methodologies, and strategies. Furthermore, most consultants insist on the preservation of "intellectual property", only giving lip service to the promotion of self-reliance and self-sufficiency. Jumbee is keenly aware of market trends towards self-reliance and internal improvement initiatives, and thus we strive to make our Customers self-sufficient through the use of unique toolsets, methods, and approaches to key issues. With a new vision and strategies for achieving that vision, Jumbee strives to leave its clients with the capacity and capabilities to move forward into the harrowing future of healthcare. |
